HOW OFTEN WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
Your monthly lash subscription will be sent out every 30 days. Your first refill shipment will ship 30 days from your original ship date.
WHAT SAVINGS DO I GET FOR SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
You will receive 15% Off every shipment, plus FREE shipping, and FREE lash glue on every subscription order.
IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION DOES THIS CANCEL MY ORDER AS WELL?
No. At W? Performance Cosmetics we strive to provide the best customer experience possible, which is why we process all orders as quickly as possible. While you may have gone into your account to cancel your subscription, your order has most likely already been processed. In order to cancel an order you must cancel your subscription 10 days in advance of billing.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
At W? Performance Cosmetics we want you to be able to get the lashes you want when you want them, and if you change your mind, we?re here to help. Subscriptions can be managed online in your account, or you can contact our customer support team to help you modify your subscription any time.
To modify your subscription:
- Log into yourW? Performance Cosmetics account and click “Manage Subscription”
- Under the “Subscriptions” tab you have either “Cancel” or “Edit” your subscription
Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however if a subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.
CAN I CHANGE THE STYLE OF LASHES OF MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You?ll be billed every month on the date when your W? Performance Cosmetics subscription was originally ordered. Check your account for details. Lashes ship approximately 3-4 business days after your payment is processed. All orders are shipped via USPS. USPS delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY LASH SUBSCRIPTION ONCE RECEIVED?
Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to sales@w2cosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you need to update your payment information for your subscription you can easily manage this in your account online.
To modify your subscription payment information:
- Log into your W? Performance Cosmetics account and click “Manage Subscription.”
- Under the “Billing Information” tab you can select “Edit”? under “Card On File” Please note this will update your payment information for future shipments. If you have a pending subscription shipment being held due to a payment error please contact our customer support team to resolve this issue.
